Bouche B: consume without restraint!
Bouche B is the revelation of the beginning of the year. This den of gourmet bobos plays the card of underground decoration with high ceilings, trashy columns and art deco chandeliers. The cuisine is simple and tasty: baked eggs with morel cream, fried scallops with Chorizo cream. Special mention goes to the duck magret, marinated in honey and Espelette pepper for starters or roasted with black cherries and served with sweet potato mash as main course. The must remains to have brunch and taste the British half-muffin or the smoked salmon in Dutch sauce. Humm, our mouths water in advance!
The restaurant is open on Mondays from 12 pm to 2.30 pm, from Tuesday to Friday from 12 pm to 2.30 pm and from 7 pm to 2 am. Open on Sundays for brunch from noon to 4 pm.
