New table in the Ile Saint Louis, the restaurant C´est mon plaisir (It’s my pleasure) will make many of you very happy. In a typical neighborhood setting, consisting on exposed wood beams, stone walls and an elegant furniture set, you’ll sample a sunny cuisine with worldwide accents: Pig’s cheek with honey and balsamic juice, Crispy fennel salmon confit with stuffed chili and sesame marinade. The reception is exceptional and smiling, thanks to the two partner owners, Jonathan Hamel and Lambert Rouxel.
