Tour of the world in 80 days

Traveling to the four corners of the earth in an hour, is that possible? Anri Sala proofs just the opposite! The French-Albanian artist living in Berlin shows, in the Galerie Sud of Centre Pompidou, four films, objects and pictures from several countries, accompanied by the symphony of Tchaïkovski, by a version of “Should I stay or should I go” of Clash or simply by drum rhythms. This way you’ll discover images from Sarajevo during the Siege from 1992 to 1995, but also from Berlin with the geodesic dome of Buckminster Fuller, of the empty village hall of Bordeaux and even, of the Aztec site Tlatelolco in Mexico City that leaves the impression of being inside a music box. Are you ready for a phantasmagorical trip?
