La beauté animale s’expose au Grand Palais

As the Wildlife lover and defender he is, the Jeu de Paume hotel has decided to pay tribute to animals, while the biggest Parisian exhibition of the year is about to open. So, for all animal lovers, we are going to publish on our blog a couple of articles based on this theme. Let’s beginning with the “Animal Beauty” exhibition, displayed at the Grand Palais.

The Animal Beauty
Ever since the Renaissance, the greatest artists have strove to represent animals. The Animal Beauty exhibition points the relationship between artists and animals out. Do they saw them as naturalists did? How do they imagined them? Through the 130 masterpieces featured (including photos, paintings, sculptures, famous or not) animal is shown on its own, and for itself, without any human presence. This exclusive event displays works of Western art from Renaissance to the present day, made by great artists as Dürer, Delacroix, Chagall, De Vince and Warhol. An amazing showcase offered by the Grand Palais. Not to miss!

Know that the Jeu de Paume hotel adores animals. Of course, they are allowed in the hotel and hosted with pleasure. Furthermore, Scoop, our lovely 12-year-old Golden Retriever, welcomes our customers with an extremely kindness.
