The classicals
The legend says you must make a wish under the Pont Marie, also know as the Bridge of Lovers. At the Jeu de Paume Hotel, we believe that to seal your vow, you must also kiss the person you love. The wish will then be realized, and your love will last forever… You can access the bridge by foot, it’s only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, via the stairs of the Quai de Bourbon or Quai d’Anjou.

Another classical Parisian kiss is the Kiss by the Hotel de Ville: this shot is probably the most romantic ever taken in Paris. To catch this kiss with his camera, Robert Doisneau was at the terrace of the Café de l’Hôtel de Ville, which no longer exists. But it’s up to you to immortalize your own Kiss by the Hotel de Ville: pose in front of the 70 rue de Rivoli, next to the railings of the metro entrance, and ask a passerby to take a picture of you two !

Famous since Brassens’ song, public benches are a vehicle for happiness. The most romantic benches are certainly in the Square Barye, at the extremity of the île Saint-Louis.
